Grab some weights and let’s have some fun. In the strength building program we focus on the body’s response to the movements to ensure proper muscle engagement. We continually seek to understand and alleviate muscle imbalances that form in our day to day life.
Our strength classes are intentionally small, ensuring a high quality experience with direct form correction from Desireé.

Need to burn off some stream? This high intensity workout will leave you soaked. We coach and enforce proper technique to all level of students. Classes are coached by Mark and Desireé to ensure a highly personalized experience.
